The owner must ensure all animals are up to date with worming, flea/tick treatment, and vaccinations and insurance. Please note we are not liable for any vet bills and/ or 3rd party claims.
The owner accepts full liability of any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked and is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is in our care.
The owner is fully responsible to disclose any characteristic problems which might mean their dog is not suitable for dog walking/sitting, including behavioural and health, antisocial, aggression, incontinence or lack of house training .Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render the dogs suitability for our services will be deemed a fundamental breech or our agreement.
We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with suitable contact details should we need to make contact. We reserve the right to make decisions regarding your animal’s health, providing it is at all times acting in their best Interest and on the advice of a veterinary professional. The owner is responsible for any financial costs that PadPaws incurs.
Customers are requested to book their required services 7 days in advance.
A 50% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.
If a customer requires booking on an adhoc basis all payments are to be in full on the day of the booking and are non-refundable unless the cancellation agreement is followed.
If you require a regular service a payment arrangement will be discussed and agreed as part of the customer consultation visit. Payment is usually on a weekly basis or on the day PadPaws provides the required service.
The customer should give a minimum of 24 hrs notice to PadPaws of a requirement to cancel the booked service. However if a cancellation is made within 24 hrs the payment for the service booked will be required.

PadPaws and the customer can cancel the agreement in writing at any time giving one week’s notice. If you do not require the service for that week you will be charged 50% of the weeks services booked.
Booking times are estimated and whilst every effort is made to make our appointment on time unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please allow 30 mins after you’re booking time for PadPaws to attend. In adverse weather conditions we still aim to deliver our services but may be delayed. However if we are over 2 hrs late we will refund 50% of the service booked.
PadPaws is a registered business in accordance with companies 1200-1206 of the companies’ act 2006. Any company found to be using the name will be in breach of this act and infringement proceedings will be issued without warning and all legal costs and compensation will be recovered.
